1. Three-Exercise Circuit Training Workout - 15 Minutes Total - Goal = 10 rounds

Exercise 1 - Jump Rope x 60

Exercise 2 - Bench Jumps x 10

Exercise 3 - Inverted Rows x 10

2. Four-Exercise Circuit Training Workout - 15 Minutes Total - Goal = 6 rounds

Exercise 1 - Push-ups x 10

Exercise 2 - Plank Pike x 10

Exercise 3 - Run up to level 4

Exercise 4 - Squats x 20
