Workout of the Day - May 11 '09

3 rounds as fast as possible - 30 Minutes Total

Exercise #1 - Jump Rope x 1 min

Exercise #2 - Push-ups x 20

Exercise #3 - Walking Lunges x 30

Exercise #4 - Inverted Row x 20

Exercise #5 - Squat Hold on a wall x 45 sec

Exercise #6 - Plank x 1 min

Exercise #7 - Burpees x 5



Workout of the Day - May 13 '09

1. 50 sec on, 10 sec off Total Body Circuit - 25 Minutes Total

5 Total Rounds

Exercise #1 - 5 sec Squat Hold - 5 reps of Squat Jumps

Exercise #2 - Cross-body Mountain Climbers

Exercise #3 - Side Plank

Exercise #4 - Burpees

Exercise #5 - Knees to Chin



Workout of the Day - May 13 '09

2. 20 sec on, 10 sec off Total Body Circuit - 4 Minutes Total

8 Total Rounds

Exercise #1 - Plank

Exercise #2 - Jump Rope

1. Max Rounds - 25 Minutes Total

Exercise #1 - Push-up with a 3 sec hold at the bottom x 10

Exercise #2 - Plank Pike x 20

Exercise #3 - Squat and Press x 15

Exercise #4 - Step-ups x 30 (15 each leg)

Exercise #5 - Knees to Chin x 30
