1. Six-Exercise Circuit Training Workout - 15 Minutes Total - 5 rounds

Exercise 1 - Jump Squats x 30 sec

Exercise 2 - Mountain Climbers x 30 sec

Exercise 3 - Jumping Jacks x 30 sec

Exercise 4 - Plank x 30 sec

Exercise 5 - Jump Rope x 30 sec

Exercise 6 - Push-ups x 30 sec

Repeat 4 more times without rest

2. Three-Exercise Circuit Workout - 4 Minutes Total - 2 rounds

Exercise 1 - Squats x 30 sec

Exercise 2 - Squat Hold x 30 sec

Exercise 3 - Jump Squats x 30 sec

Rest x 30 sec
