Workout of the Day - May 25 '09

40 sec on, 20 sec off, as many reps as possible on each exercise, 4 rounds at each station then switch - 32 Minutes Total

Station #1 - Step-ups
Renegade Rows

Station #2 - Burpees
T-Push-ups

Station #3 - Jump Squats/Prisoner
Leg Raises

Station #4 - DB High Pull
1-leg Hip Extension



Workout of the Day - May 27 '09

50 sec on, 10 sec off Total Body Circuit - 30 Minutes Total

6 Total Rounds, as many reps as possible on each exercise

Exercise #1 - DB Squat to Curl to Press

Exercise #2 - Plank Walkups

Exercise #3 - Side Plank

Exercise #4 - Burpees with Push-ups

Exercise #5 - Leg Raises



Workout of the Day - May 29 '09

1. 30, 20, 10 - 10 Minutes Total

30 reps of each, then 20 reps of each, then 10 reps of each

Exercise #1 - Push-ups

Exercise #2 - Goblet Squats

Exercise #3 - Renegade Rows

Exercise #4 - DB Step-ups

Exercise #5 - Plank Pike

2. 50 sec on, 10 sec off Total Body Circuit - 20 Minutes Total

4 Total Rounds, as many reps as possible on each exercise

Exercise #1 - Jump Rope

Exercise #2 - Hand Walkouts

Exercise #3 - Jump Squats

Exercise #4 - Cobra

Exercise #5 - DB Thrusters
