How to Make a Post-Workout Recovery Shake

Hey, I hope you are having a great week.

I've got another update from Steve Abercrombie on his 44 Day Cleanse Challenge journey. Today he shares with you a post-workout recovery drink he calls 'After-Crank Recovery Drink'.
