What Can I Do For You?

I hope you're doing great and that 2010 is off to a kicking start for you!

This post is a little different.

It's a new year. You probably have some physical goals set.
I want to help you achieve those goals.

So what I want to know from YOU is; what can I do for you?

What do you need more clarification on?
How to lose fat fast and effectively? How to gain more lean, toned muscle? Why you shouldn't JUST do steady-pace cardio?

What topics should I cover in the next few blog posts?

I need help with being consistent. I am not consistent.

My fitness level increases very quickly when I am consistent - my body is built for strength, not endurance - but I am not consistent and it's frustrating.

My extra 30 pounds are completely psychological. They wouldn't be there if I could overcome my brain.

I LOVE the concept of shorter, more intense workouts that I can do at home. How do I do this effectively?
