For those in our boot camp or personal training programs, you would want to do this in between your sessions, i.e. if you are doing boot camp Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Saturday then you'd want to do this Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday or Sunday for a total of 6 workouts per week.
